Vendor FAQs

We are looking for professional vendors with quality items for sale. We will accept multiple artisans and food trucks, but only one commercial or direct sales vendor per brand. We will limit food trucks to 15 and will accept based on variety for the festival and quality of the product. Nonprofit booths are welcome (please consider volunteering for a free booth).

Your attitude is important!  This is a happy, family-friendly event, and we are looking for vendors who portray a positive, upbeat attitude with professionalism. Vendors who are pleasant to work with and contribute in a positive way to the festival  *and clean up after themselves* will be invited back; others will not.

All booths must have a clear and visible sign with your name, and either a list of prices or each item priced clearly. Food vendors will either produce a health department certificate or pay for one the first day of the festival, in cash to the health department inspector.

We do not accept booths selling cigarettes or e-cigarettes, vaping products or anything illegal in the state of Tennessee.

See pricing information for booth fees.

All vendors will have access to trash cans, but please bring additional trash bags for your personal use within your tent or food truck.
Check In
The vendor entrance is at the far end of the property – 281 West Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN 37725.

You will check-in with Rebecca Williams using your QR code located in the attached PDF.

Please bring ALL tents, stakes, and power cords you might need. There will be security, but we cannot guarantee your items will be safe. You must have a sign with your booth name and prices, or price items separately.
One car will be allowed behind each 10×10’ vendor tent. Food trucks each have 30×50′ of space.
Set Up / Take Down
You may begin arriving at the property at 11am on Saturday, October 23. The festival is from 2 to 8 p.m. both days, Oct. 23 & 24. While you may close up your booth early if you sell out, you may NOT drive your vehicle out before 8:30 p.m. to give time for the crowd to disperse, for safety reasons.

Please make sure you stake down any tents and weather proof them if you plan on leaving them overnight on Saturday. You are responsible for any damage to your inventory in case of wind, storm or theft.
