COVID19 Policy

In order to keep our attendees, pilots, volunteers, staff, and vendors safe and healthy, we will be following certain protocols. These protocols are subject to change based on advice and input from health professionals and Tennessee leadership. We will update our policies as frequently as possible, so you can make the best decision for your family as to your attendance at our festival. We will offer full refunds on tickets until October 1, 2021. Should you change your mind about attending the festival, you can receive a refund for any reason up to that date. Festival Personnel
All vendors, volunteers, staff, pilots, and other festival personnel will be required to wear masks and have their temperature taken upon arrival.
Attendees
Attendees are encouraged to wear masks while in crowded and/or covered areas. However, as this is an outdoor event, we are not requiring attendees to wear masks. We will have hand sanitation stations throughout the festival.
**Balloon riders are required to wear a mask while in the balloon basket.**
Heath Protocols
We will have two medical tents available to assist attendees. All festival surfaces (including restrooms) will be fully disinfected each day to help prevent the spread of germs.
